i feel you about fronting like you haven’t caught feelings. when a female calls me, sometimes i act like the call annoys me and i clown her for blowing my phone up. but real talk, when no one’s around, i am like, “what up boo?” rustlin and tusslin in the sheets, spoonish like an eating utensil.
as always the music was dope and the commentary was real. even though u had some serious topics to discuss (i.e., child support), it was done in a way that provoked thought and kept me going through my day.

Yo, have ya’ll seen this documentary on HBO(of course) about this high school in Baltimore that is being affected TREMENDOUSLY by the “No Child Left Behind” Act. Ya’ll should peep it out, I think it would make a good subject for your next radio show. As dark as the subject matter is(this documentary is, for lack of a better word, REAL) I think it can still be something to talk about, folks need to hear this ish. As far as this week, Child Support is some straight garbage. I honestly think that if they are gonna charge men these rediculous amounts for child support, then they need to monitor the women’s spending and look at what they are actually using the money for. There is no reason why shortie should be spending money on getting her nails done and buying shoes, then turning around and “claiming” that she needs more money for our baby. Worst part about this is that they do this, but don’t enforce things that truly matter like whether or not the man spends time with the child. In fact, they threaten to take the time away most of the time, giving the woman free rain to play games with the man since she is mad that she has a baby now, but no husband. SHe blames him for something that the both of them did. No one made her sleep with that man, she made that decision. Now, THEY have to live with that decision, and she should not be given free rain to f*%& around with him over his child. THe only person that it ends up affecting the most is the kid.

Wow… so much to comment on, too much really. First of all, love the mix! This really does work… incorpoating the vibe into the work-day, thereby reducing stress. You should be the new muzak as it would really help in the grocery store. I saw a woman go postal in dairy today. “Where the f*ck is these 6 dollar a gallon milking ass cows?” That was her moment. I thought to hip her to your site but she was a white woman and you know if they feeling bad about prices then she’s too far gone and would have called the cops and my black a** would have been the one in jail. Anyway, I guess I only have enough characters left to comment on the child support email… I’m with you on that one. Child support is some buuullsh*t. Haven’t we always been a matriarchal people? Big Mamas, Aunties and whatnot always taking up the slack? Now that men (term used lightly) are voluntarily opting out, there’s a problem? Remember Marcus Garvey? When we wanted to leave they burned our ships? Uh-huh. The negro has been snared by the media again, making us believe there’s a problem out of some old shit we done overcome. Child support laws are only meant to support the courts. Who pays for the child when the daddy is locked up? Like you said, if you was with a busta-ass brotha in the first place, why believe that your cooter has the silver lining to make him go legit now? I say, get over the dumb shit and get your act together BEFORE you go procreating and making me pay for it. These ghettocentrics have all but wiped out the middle class! I love my sistas and I mean no disrespect but speaking as a sister of a do-good brother doing his thing for him AND his, some of y’all ain’t right and you know it, so stop crying this child-support BS all up in church with a fresh weave and new nails while your snot nosed babies is drowning out the praise and worship.
